How do I adjust to the exact time on an automatic watch?

I have an invicta 8926c automatic watch and it runs a bit fast every few hours. How do I adjust the time to the exact second? I don't think there is a way to adjust the seconds hand on the watch, nor does the seconds hand stop moving while I adjust the time.

I am 16 and I was thinking of getting this watch from amazon...I want a dress watch for church, holidays... Is it too flashy??? Is it out of syle???
